Authenticity isn’t about being flawless. It’s about owning the flaws, laughing and showing up anyway — real and unfiltered. I remember a very, very long time ago, when I would have avoided being on camera or even showing up in public to avoid being judged. But now, lol, no way, I wear this loud and proud.Â
Business and life don’t play fair. But how you react? That’s 100% in your control. You can’t stop the curveballs. You can choose whether they break you—or build you.
I believe there comes a point in our lives where we’re just OK with being human. The real power move? Turning our imperfections into punchlines. Personally, for me laughter is so contagious. Let’s normalize hiccups, bumps in the road and what others may see as flaws!
